    15 min wait to get to the counter. To be given a number then 30 min wait for the items. Maybe lloyds should employ more staff and pay them more than the minimum wage.

    Diabolical...The biggest hospital in the region has a tiny little pharmacy run by a terrible company, talk about selling the NHS off! Huge queues as they seem to be unable to man the counter then they argue with you about refusing to wait and saying you'll pop back another day...All in all a joke...Lloyds are bad at the best of times and having to deal with this after being stuck in the hospital for hours already is a step too far.
