    I've always been athletic and found yoga when I started college. It's been several years and I've studied yoga in many environments and in many countries. During the past year as PhD student, I've been a member of Camyoga Central and have honestly loved everything about this place: the variety of classes offered (including trying Barre!), the cleanliness and beauty of the studio, the teachers who believe and love what they teach, the atmosphere of other yogis, the wonderful cafe offering food bursting with nutrients. I believe yoga is what you make it for you. To me, yoga is exercise, peace, a lesson which allows you to proceed each day maybe a little more less stressfully. At Camyoga, I regain a sense of calmness, friendship, and home within myself. With the variety of athletic more powerful classes offered, yoga at Camyoga has furthered my fitness and body-sense. I used to be more of a gym fanatic but, done sensibly, yoga can be an almost sufficient workout. Also in the cold temperatures, there's is less of a feel of my body. Yoga brings a healthy awareness. Additionally, the yoga and most importantly the vibe from the studio, teachers, and fellow yogis provides a gentle reminder that your health is very important. My one criticism, however, is the changing rooms need to be larger and there should be showers. But, I do believe these works may be in progress...

    Pros: Good range of classes. Competent teachers. Friendly staff. Convenient location. Do courses, masterclasses, family days etc. Small cafe. Cons: Expensive. No showers. Small changing rooms. 'Shop' is very overpriced and minimal.
