    Started off ok in the website.the Cambridge Glyn Hopkins. I was looking at Jukes. Spoke to salesman on the phone and he said the ones I was interested in were there. When I turned up 1hour and 50 mins later as it is 78 miles from me only one was there and the other one wasn't. So all was going well and arranged a deal . I pointed out some stone chips that needed doing and a mark on the console. They will be done he said so arranged 5 days later for the car to be picked up. Then got e mail saying it wouldn't be ready so had to wait till the following day after 12.15. When I got there I looked around the car and noticed more chips was not done. You never pointed them ones out he said as if it was my fault!!!! We only done the ones you said about. So he went in and spoke to some one who said Well it is used you know!yes but only 3 years. So I could go back again and get them ones done but was not going back there again. I feel 320 miles is enough. So he said he would post a touch up stick to me so I could do it. Well he said he posted it out on the 20th of September and I still haven't recieved it 8 days later. Then they said about the service price if I wanted to get it done there. Needless to say I declined. If the pen ever turns up I will let you know. But don't hold your breath Quick enough to take tour money but after sales is shocking.
