    The food was supposed to arrived at 18:50, rang at quarter past seven was told the kitchen was very busy and hadn't cooked my food yet. I was told 20-30 minutes, an hour later (over an hour and a half late now) still no food, so cancelled the order and got a refund. Very bad customer service, the worst takeaway I have ever dealt with in Cambridge, and I have lived here a very very long time.

    I have spoken to the restaurant about my order they rang after 2 hours to tell me it was going to be late! They couldn't care less, the excuse for the person I spoke to was I'm 16 and trying to run everything, I wasn't allowed to speak to a manager. After 2 hours the food is still not here and was told it was because they are dealing with other orders and I'm far away but I paid £4 for delivery because of this! This is an absolute disgrace. Even when I said I would leave a bad review he said I don't care! And to top it off the food was awful!
