    I booked sessions with Elizabeth subsequent to my having had major abdominal surgery, whereby my main core muscles had been cut through. She was extremely careful and thorough in helping me bit by bit, build up strength in my core muscles again. I was particularly grateful to her for not expecting too much fom me, but very much going at my pace. I still have some way to go, but am so much stronger than a few months ago when I was very weak indeed. Cannot recommend enough. She's brilliant.
