    Had a double room with a shared bathroom. The bed in the room was quite small for a double. Otherwise, room was clean and spacious, bathroom was very clean. Very central location, with a view on the park.

    If I could give no stars at all, I would. Dreadful. Don't stay here. Code locks up steep unlit stairs. No reception, find you own key. A family split across two *buildings* without our prior knowledge; our son by himself in another building. The double room turned out to be a basement, heating not working. Told - by phone - to go into communal kitchen and adjust thermostat. Bulb not working. Thin walls, bed other side of shared bathroom. Drunks fighting outside at night. But the worst feature was the passive-aggressive couldn't-care-less attitude of the person at the other end of the phone, who never once came to see us. Read the negative reviews: I now know to my cost they are all accurate.
